Social and professional networks are powerful tools for harnessing your full hiring potential. The downside is that having multiple accounts can be confusing and take up time. By integrating LinkedIn and Workable, you can extend your reach while centralizing your hiring.
Sign up or log in with LinkedIn
One way to reduce the hassle of managing multiple accounts is to sign up to Workable with your LinkedIn account. This makes it easy to share jobs with your LinkedIn connections and to post jobs on LinkedIn for free directly from Workable.
If you’ve already signed up with Workable via Google+ or email, you can still connect your LinkedIn account at anytime.
Integrating your LinkedIn and Workable accounts
Signing up to Workable with your LinkedIn account is also the first step to higher level integrations that can provide a whole range of time-saving features.
If you have a full LinkedIn Recruiter account, you stand to get a lot out of integrating this account with Workable. Have you paid for job ads on LinkedIn? With integrated accounts, you can use those job posting credits to advertise directly via Workable. Saving the credits? No problem, use Workable to buy LinkedIn job postings, as well as job postings on Indeed, Monster, Career Builder and more.
You can also enable Cross System Awareness, so your Workable and LinkedIn candidates can be viewed on either platform interchangeably. That means that if a candidate has a LinkedIn profile, you can view it from their profile on Workable. Similarly, candidate’s LinkedIn profiles will contain links to their Workable profiles, where you can quickly see what job they’ve applied for and where they are in the recruitment pipeline.
